This started as challenge to myself to make a classic fantasy game using the NDNM/BOB system. I kinda fell in love with the actual game that came out the other end. I particularly love the idea of having a party character sheet that is as simple as circling words and leaving space for doodling. Also the concept of players making their own "Animus" or antagonistic force has been such a lovely dovetail of safety tools & game design. I often use some of these simple ideas from this game while running other systems & I encourage {nay, dare} you to do the same.

This is super interesting. Is this the only game to have this avatar/ animus system?
That I know of? I didn't take it from anywhere, but I don't really believe there is any truly "new" idea. Someone at a convention mentioned that there was a game that had a similar mechanic but I didn't get game title.
What a curious exploration of the intersect between games and narrative. The author's voice is delightfully strong, here. Fine work.
